Great bachelor pad

Lots of turnover in the building, but my apartment had great space. The closets are huge, the high ceilings are very nice, and great layout. Poor lighting, no heater, poor A/C unit. Windows and doors are not sealed well so the temperature of the apartment is nearly impossible to maintain. Neighbors are loud, but the surrounding blocks are well. Many outdated appliances.
